Shirley Kurata Styles Rodarte Spring 2013

Stylist Shirley Kurata's personal style is just as lauded as her work with seminal California design duo, Rodarte. When she's not being chronicled by friend Autumn de Wilde for the Daily Shirley blog, she's styling in her own right. Most recently, she worked with Rodarte on their spring 2013 collection at New York Fashion Week. An astonishing "Medieval fantasy world" (as described to Vogue), there were cinched waists, tiered shoulders, and adornments like chains and outer corsets.
