Get the Look: Olivier Theyskens and Aimee Mullins in 'Vogue Germany'

The current issue of Vogue Germany brings together fashion designer Olivier Theyskens and athlete/model Aimee Mullins. Shot by photographer Mark Abrahams, the duo are captured as artist and muse with Mullins wearing Theyskens' Theory Fall 2012. The spread features Theyskens, in his au natural signature flowing mane, juxtaposed with a timelessly elegant Mullins. We spoke with the shoot's hairstylist, Cash Lawless, on how to get the look!

"Olivier has very straight hair so we put a bit of a disheveled wave into it which gave it a bit of a grungy feel that comes across as effortless. I did this with an iron and sprayed the roots with Oribe Texturizing Spray to keep it from falling too flat."

"I decided to give Aimee a simple yet elegant look that maintains an active feel which Mark, Aimee, Olivier and myself all felt was appropriate for story. I used Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray throughout the hair with a concentration at the root and used a round brush to get the direction I needed in the fringe."
